Administrative registration
2022/2023
Administrative registration is a quite complex procedure, but needed! Here a sort of guide that will help you to get through it… Follow it step by step and you will make it through!
For the French students, you can follow the procedure in French.
For the non-francophone students, here it is!
In case of problems, please contact the IUGA's hotline:
- By phone from 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM and from 1.30 PM to 5 PM: July 4 to 18, 2022 and August 25 to September 16, 2022 : +33 4 56 52 10 31
- By mail: iuga-scolarite-master-gaed@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr or iuga-scolarite-master1-ua@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
A. Ecandidat plateform (5 steps are needed) :
-
Pay the CVEC ("contribution to student and campus life": 90 EUR) via an ad hoc website.
-
After registration, you will receive a document certifying that you paid the CVEC tax. You will find there your "CVEC code". Note it down, you will have to give it later on...
Register through this iaprimo website (yes, another one!)
Careful: the plateform is not always open. Pending dates for the academic year 2022-2023.
The plateform will ask you to give your OPI number (you find it in the ecandidat plateform) and your date of birth. Second step: fill in the information requested (first name, last name, etc.). At one point you will be asked to give the CVEC code. You got it at step 2.
The plateform is in French, here the translation of some of the terms/documents needed to help you through:
- "Attestation responsabilité civile (vie professionnelle, formation / activités scolaires) couvrant l'année d'inscription" > civil liability certificate for the academic year (please note: there are different types and companies proposing this type of insurance, ask your classmates which one is the best and cheapest one)
- "Contrat d'apprentissage" > in case you are taking the "apprenticeship" track (which is the case for French-speaking students only), then you have to send the contract you signed with the apprenticeship structure
- "Photo d'identité en couleur au format JPEG" > passport photograph (JPEG format)
- "Titre d'accès : Relevé de notes ou attestation de réussite permettant l'inscription" > Transcript of records or certificate showing the successful completion of the studies that allows you to enroll in the M1 or M2 master.
Now you are registered and you can get your tuition certificate via the LEO intranet, under the heading "Mon dossier web". The login details for the LEO student intranet will be sent to you in the e-mail confirming your registration.
