The diplomas are published the year following their obtaining. They can be withdrawn on site, by proxy or by correspondence.

When is it possible to withdraw your diploma?

You have just validated your diploma:
You can withdraw it from the month of March following the year of obtaining.

You validated your diploma several years ago at IUGA:
You must first contact the office of secretary: iuga-scolarite-diplome@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr to ensure its availability.

How do I get my diploma?

Three possibilities are available to you:

• Collect your diploma in person

After making an appointment at the address iuga-scolarite-diplome@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr, you can come, with your identity document, during school or reception opening hours.

• Have your diploma collected by a third party

After making an appointment at the address iuga-scolarite-diplome@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr, the authorized person must come to IUGA with the following documents:
- Letter of power of attorney mentioning the identity of the person authorized to withdraw your diploma.
- Photocopy of your national identity card or your passport.
- National identity card or passport of the third party.

• By letter

Are you unable to move? You must send a duly completed request for withdrawal of diploma to the office of secretary, along with the requested documents.

Reissue of your diploma after loss or theft

You must send a sworn statement of the loss or theft of your diploma, as well as a photocopy of your identity document to the office of secretary: iuga-scolarite-diplome@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
